Question by Daniel P: what type of business (for the purpose of obtaining a business license) is a web design and hosting company?
For obtaining a business license, you must choose one of the different categories for the business type. What would a web design, hosting, and management company be considered? I was thinking computer programming, but that doesn’t seem right. THANKS!

Depending on what choices there are on the application, I would use something like “computer services”, “business services”, “data processing services”, “on-line services”, or the catch-all “other products or services’.
