I don’t quite understand what you meant. If you have a domain name, and want to use blogger or wordpress.org software you must have a webhost, to save all your files. This webhosts either can be free (research in google) the downside is most free webhost will make you happy for a few weeks, after that you will have problems, site maintenance, database error, etc plus one your account is suspended, you will loose your work or you can pay for for a webhost which will enable you to control all your blog.
Or if you meant, you want to blog with wordpress.com and blogger blogspot but using your domain name, as i am aware of you can’t do it.

If I were you I would go with Still Aftermath for website services..they have people who can walk you through everything you need 7 days of the week. From starting your website, to managing, to even marketing / doing seo optimization. No other hosting providers offer that.
They also offer free hosting / free full service domains. I’ll link to both below. Email support@stillaftermath.com for any questions or advice on anything else. Good luck!

It’s relatively easy – you configure the DNS settings and have them point at the blogger server. You need to get the name of the google nameservers, and configure a blogspot account with your new domain (there’s a place in the dashboard where you can tell them which domain you want the blog to appear on) – you should be able to get this from blogger help. (I have done this with blogger, but am not familiar with how you would do this with WordPress, but it’s probably similar)
NB. 75% of the answers above are trying to get you to use a service they are affiliated with – you don’t need this – once you have paid 1and1 for the registration of your domain – you need only point the domain at your chosen nameservers (and if you use blogger/blogspot, it will be free)
