As an experienced webmaster I recommend BlueHost service which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them. They are comptible with dreamweaver.
You can go there through the address below:

Check out http://www.site5.com/in.php?id=45612. They are cheap, have good customer service, and good uptime.
I also use Dreamweaver CS3 and host my website here. Never had a problem.

There is a list of web hosts on my website that you may find helpful : http://www.samwilson3d.com
I recommend these hosts to clients and I think they may be what you are looking for.

I have nearly 100 domain names that either redirect, or have sites on them. I use basic Dreamweaver with no issues.
I use http://www.H0STGAT0R.com , their $10 baby account to host everything. You’d probably be OK with their cheaper account.
I really like that they have a live chat for their support. Whenever I refer one of my clients, I use the Live Chat to get passwords etc.
