Hi,
I am looking for cheap web hosting services for roughly per month that offers unlimited storage space and unlimited data transfer and I know this sounds like a lot to ask but I was told I could find one for around this price…

They have upfront cheap prices and won’t increase the price come renewal time. A lot of companies lure you in with cheap prices and then slam you hard when you have to renew.

You should be able to get what you want for half of that, the host that I use only charges $3.95 a month (I think) and you can also host as many domains as you want for the one price – it’s crazy, but seemingly quite true!!
Unlimited bandwidth, databases, subdomains (I’ve added quite a few free subdomains already..)
