Can I Use This – Home Server Hosting?
Feb 26th
Question by : Can I Use This – Home Server Hosting? I was originally planning on using my old computer as a web server to host my website from however after building my gaming PC… it died (an unfortunate coincidence, but luckily I saved all my data).
I started of by looking at cheap, old refurbished computers but when you consider their age they aren’t going to be the most efficient or the cheapest to run. I then looked on Amazon at some basic, home user media sharing style servers such as this one:

Question by Archie M: What is the name of this box thing that allows you to access your home internet anywhere? And where can I buy one? I read about it somewhere, and you can access your home internet and network when you plug into your laptop/computer? Any ideas???
Best answer:
Answer by callmeking17I think you’re talking about a wireless router. You can get those anywhere now (BestBuy, Circuit City, Office Max, etc). You can connect it to your broadband connection and any computer can access the internet with a wireless connection (either built in or external).

Brides & Grooms – Would you utilize this free service?
Feb 4th
Question by Pamala: Brides & Grooms – Would you utilize this free service? If a wedding planner/coordinator offered to answer questions via email, would you find this to be a useful service? It would be sort of like a “Dear Abbey” but specifically for those involved in weddings. Every email would be personally answered.
This would be part of a website full of general information and product recommendations that you could choose to utilize or not.
My hope is that the service would make the website stand out from all the other wedding websites out there.

How can we fix this: Computer on dial-up internet won’t reconnect after going offline?
Jan 27th
Question by yahooserious: How can we fix this: Computer on dial-up internet won’t reconnect after going offline? We have dial-up internet (broadband is not available here). The computer is fairly new, and when it is first turned on, it connects to the dial-up internet on the first try. The problem is that once we go offline, it is impossible to get back online, except by restarting the computer. This is getting very annoying! An error message comes up, saying that “The remote computer does not respond”.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? We have tried various settings but have More >
