When I launch the website, it will be an unofficial site, stating with disclaimers that the site is not affiliated with, endorsed or authorized by the band in any way. According to web domain law, can the band legally take the domain away from me?

However I have recently started training again and seen some certificates that look nothing like my previous certificates, kyu or dan grades??
