Question by thareal612: Do I need a web host or a server to run a site like torrentz.com? I’m not looking to run a site like piratebay where I’m actually hosting files. But rather a site such as torrentz.com that is just an index site – sorta like a search engine.
Also if you can provide a site that can give me more information on creating such a site – please let me know!
