How to get rid of it When I want click on a link in an email that I’ve received I keep getting a message at the bottom left corner of the monitor that reads ” windows blocked pop-up” How do I keep this from happening.? I want to open the link.

Does that mean the site is down because the host hasn’t paid his fee? Or something else like that?
