What are some good sales/marketing certifications?

Query by alexander_irvine: What are some very good sales/marketing and advertising certifications? I want to know if there are any great marketplace normal certifications that would certify a quality salesman. Sales is a strong position in my character even so I would like a certification to again up my credibility.
P.S when I say gross sales I mean common promotion and promoting buyer products.
