This would be a one time fee and not an annual salary.  This specialist is also fairly green (first project)</p>

You have to give more info, i.e. how long would this job last, how many hours per day or week are expected to be served, also how do you measure success?<br />

<p><i>Answer by ethelj1347</i><br />It will be $  25,000 plus your sales volume. You need to know the percentage. For instance, if you percentage is 5% &#038; your sales volume is $  100,000.00, that equals .05 * 100,000 = $  5000. So, your income will be $  30,000.</p>
