Question by dude with a chick avatar: when do i file first QUARTERLY for my sole proprietor business? i got my certificate of authority October 10, 2009. so..because I’m going to be filing a zero tax, what quarter do i file under?

Answer by the tax ladyFor income taxes, it’s only if you need to pay any tax.
If you did have income from October to December, 2009, you’d pay it with your taxes or by 1/15/2010.
