This question has baffled and confused me! well its a marketing plan for the launch of a new car called The Econocar that is run by batteries to reduce both cost and emissions however the batteries to do the job do not exsist yet.

I have a new project to set up a system for our Sales department to locate new customers in different market/industry area. We want to diversify by offering products based on our existing technologies. Our management wants a “database” that will list potential customers, current products and their match with our capabilities, total sales volume and portion that would be applicable to our company, etc.
Can anybody suggest any online services, consultants, or other resources that may help me understand what may be available?
