The emails are infrequent and are only directly related to a current event that our customers have expressively stated that they wish to be contacted when these events happen. Does the recipient as well as the sender need a digital certificate to receive an encrypted message?

Question by mlbane: Does the recipient as well as the sender need a digital certificate to receive an encrypted message? I know that digital certificates are needed to encrypt mail in Outlook. As long as the intended message recipient has my digital signature or private key, can they decrypt my message without having to buy their own digital certificate?

Question by BLM: What is an Equifax Secure Certificate Authority? I get this message now when I log into Facebook.? Not only Facebook, but often when I visit yahoo web pages or other. It only recently starting showing up. How do I get rid of this annoying message?
