Question by : Can someone use my internet service and email to file a legal document? This is an e-File legal document that the person for whom it is intended for. That person should be the one filling it out. If someone else does, they have to place their info on it, and their address.
If the person who the application is for doesn’t have internet service or an email address. Will the person that is letting them use their internet address (IP) have to place their information on the document?

If I own a hotel, say it called Johnny’s Hotel, and I noticed that a competing hotel with the name “Johnny’s Inn” forgot to renew the domain name for their website, would I be able to buy the domain name without any legal problems? I want to forward people that visit that website to my website.

Answer by STEVEN FThis is actually EXTREMELY common practice. Even government agencies have lost domain names in this manner.

Question by JL: Is it legal to buy domain names of other people’s names that aren’t famous? Someone has registered my name as a dot com. I understand that I am not famous, and neither is my last name. But it seems if it’s illegal for someone to register “BRITNEYSPEARS.com” and then try to sell it for $ 1,000,000, why is it not illegal for someone to register an obscure last name and then try to sell it for $ 8,000 (the current askign price).
Any one know where I can read the law on this?
