Question by Heather C: Apartment marketing ideas? I work at a 304 apartment complex we are currently 84% occupied!! We do outreach marketing everyday! We have tried the passing out flyers to large companies small compaines you name it they got a flyer. We lowered the rents gave the first month free did a $ 35 $ 99 and $ 199 move in. We are on craigslist and other apartment websites. We are doing even non-resident referrals and resident referrals. I am running out of ideas here and need help to get us to at least 90%.
