Question by asker: I have redirected my domain to my hosted web server. How do I change the display URL from static-IP to domain? I have a web server running on a fixed IP machine. I have purchased a domain name via GoDaddy. I have redirected the DNS to point to my fixed IP. So when someone types www.mypurchaseddomain.com it atutomatically redirects to my web server. But the displayed URL shows my complicated IP address. How do I get the displayed URL in the browser to show www.mypurchaseddomain.com
