Most the ones that I’m finding want 12-24 months in advance for the lower price, and the couple I found that do 1-3 months are either expensive or shifty looking.

Question by Kermit: Is there a free web host that will allow cgi scripts? Im looking for a way to test my CGI scripts. I would like to do so without spending any money.
Essentially, I need a free web host, that also allows CGI scripts(without upgrading to premium) and also a free domain name. A site like freewebs is just fine, except that it didn’t do the cgi script without the premium option.
Either this, or is there another way to test cgi files possibly locally…?
