Question by : Nintendo DSi connects to internet but not shop channel, please help? My DSi will connect to the internet and I can view websites. The internet test passes everytime, but when I go to the DSi shop, it will never connect. I keep getting error code 299001 or some other code telling me to try again later. I can’t get into the shop channel or connect to the Nintendo channel from inside the game to trade my pokemon or play against other players. Is my DSi defective or something? Please help.

People who live within 1 mile of me are getting up to around 7 Mbps download wheras im getting around 1.5Mbps.
