My DSi will connect to the internet and I can view websites. The internet test passes everytime, but when I go to the DSi shop, it will never connect. I keep getting error code 299001 or some other code telling me to try again later. I can’t get into the shop channel or connect to the Nintendo channel from inside the game to trade my pokemon or play against other players. Is my DSi defective or something? Please help.

Hello, i need someone to help me with problems with my internet provider; BT. People who live within 1 mile of me are getting up to around 7 Mbps download wheras im getting around 1.5Mbps. I don’t know why this could be and was wandering how i could resolve this problem or even find out why it is. I was also thinking of getting my dad to change our internet provider from BT to someone else and was wandering how i could find out whitch would be fastest connection in my area for what we would be paying for. Question by Victoria: How can I get help with LAUNCHcast Plus?
I pay $ 3.99 per month for LAUNCHcast Plus. I have been subscribed for over a year and haven’t had problems until today. I am signed in to Yahoo but I don’t get my premium service when I listen to Launch. It gives me ads and pauses the music after awhile. It prompts me to subscribe or login in an endless loop when I try to listen to premium stations (although I’m already subscribed and logged in).

I visited “Manage Services” and next to LAUNCHcast Plus Launchcast Plus Monthly there is a green square with “Active.”

I tried using the “Help” feature but I can only find options to search help, and no way to contact customer service. How can I get assistance, because I’m paying for service but not receiving it?

Hello, for a while now this has been happening when I try to upload YouTube videos. I will try to upload a video, and about halfway through the process, my internet connection times out, and an error message comes up an says “The upload failed due to an unknown error.” And then a few seconds later, my internet connection will time back in. Does anybody know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance.

O_O thats very confusing… and frustrating. I upload and edit my videos from windows live movie maker. There is a little icon on there, that says youtube and you upload the vid from there, and it takes alot less time. good luck! btw check out my vids pls! ^_^ (http://youtube.com/user/sagwasunshine)
