Question by brooklynbauhaus: What I should I do with my stocks now it’s getting rough? I have a small stock portfolio that is for my retirement and an individual investment account. But now that the stock market is falling should I just leave the stocks as is and wait for things to rebound or should I sell. It’s not a lot of money and I don’t plan on withdrawing money for at least 10 – 15 years, so should i just ride it out or should I sell some and invest in bonds or ???

Getting Your Voicemail by Email
Although voicemail has been around for some time now, users have always been limited in how they could check their messages. When there is a new voicemail, the voicemail system instantly digitizes the message and sends it to the mailbox owner’s email address.

Question by Honey: How can I prevent getting kicked off the Internet (dial-up) when someone calls? My mother-in-law lives out in the boonies and all they can get out there is dial-up. But every time someone calls her house when she’s online, it kicks her off the Internet. Is there any way that she can prevent this from happening? Thanks.

You will need to know the special prefix like *70 and add that number you dial to get to the internet.

Jan 22nd
Question by : How do I know if I am getting 8meg or not from my Orange Wireless Broadband setup? Just upgraded from Orange Broadband hardwired 2meg serevice to their wireless 8meg (via ‘Livebox’). So far, I can only find how fast my PC communicates with the router (54Mbps). Where would I look to find out how fast the connection speed to the internet is? Although it is supposed to be 4x faster, it just seems the same as it was to me. (Unless, maybe Orange send out the router and uplift the speed at a later date?). Thankyou More >

Question by dd08: Instead of getting a host is there a way to get a domain name that works? Is there a program, free or free trail, that lets you create a domain name and a website and it just puts it on the internet? I’ve heard people say that there is a way but I’m not sure. Maybe a website that shows you how. What i mean is no host at all, i host it my self, no site does it for me.
