I have iPage now, but my like tech savvy 18 year old assistant left behind a few icon mistakes and the page doesn’t appear if you are using IE. So I went in, since I used to build website about 7 years ago and basically it is too complex because I am too busy for complexity. I’m switching both my phone service and Internet service to another company, and I currently have both with another company. Do I need to call and cancel the first service, or will the new provider do all of that for me with both? Do they literally have someone call up the other company and get my info in order to switch it over?
