Question by epavonet: How does a File Hosting website stores all the files uploaded? I am wandering how many servers do they have and how many TB of data they store. Are they using some kind of compression for similar files or something? I need someone who knows about this stuff to provide me with an answer.

Answer by God of the TrumpetWell, they have ALOT of servers with probably up to 4 TB per server if not more. There probably is some kind of compression they use because it would end up saving TB’s of room.
