Question by Toejam: web hosting & domain name? I have a website with officelive, i got a co.uk domain with them too. it’s up for renewal, is there a way i can keep the domain and move to a free host?
Best answer:
Answer by sewgoodmamaSure. Most people recommend registering your domain name with one business and then hosting with another. Keep the two separate. You could pay for another year’s registration and then don’t pay for your hosting. Upload your site to your free host and then point your nameservers to the new host.
