It is supposed to be a very good internet service. I use a Motorola surfboard installed by the company. I have tried everything possible to get it to run faster, but is is even slower than dial-up. My computer is a 2003 Dell Dimension 2350. Could it just be the computer itself or the surfboard?

My current installation of Windows has become overbogged with files scattered around in so many different folders that I can’t attempt to clean it up. Where is the cheapest online store to buy Windows XP from? I’d be looking at below $ 30 .. I mean, it’s considered “old” software now.

It has 2 (TWO) internet telephone jack modems.
Using these, I want to hook my telephone line into the computer and allow for it to play music when ever I put a call on hold.

I set the dial-up the same as the previous computer, but everytime i try an error comes up and it doesn’t even try dialing. i know the number is rite and everything, and i know the modem works because i tested it and it got a dial tone. but i can’t get it to connect.. i phoned the internet provider and the store i got it from and neither could come up with a solution.. anyone know??
