Answers response for a separate question indicates that you can’t change your “Challenge Question and Answer” that you provide during registration. So essentially you are totally screwed if anyone you know (such as an ex) ever discovers your challenge answer. Since any friend will know your birthday, and you can’t change either your birthday or challenge question (or answer), there is no way to ever fully protect your account once your challenge question is compromised.
