Question by The Pretty One: Any Marketing Ideas on bringing people to our Apartment Community? It is getting colder here in Massachusetts and I think that 2 heads are better than one when coming up with ideas to bring more people here in the winter months. What would you suggest? Answer by HEATHERThe only thing I know from your post about the property is that it is located where it is cold. If you have heat included in your rent, focus on that.

they are pretty decent places, it depends on what your limit is when finding one, sometimes the best ones are in the paper, i found the best ones just by driving around the area i wanted to live and looking for the apt available signs

Question by I <3 to travel!: What are some good marketing ideas for an apartment community? besides advertising in apartment guides, online and with flyers to give out to businesses. we emphasize our amenities and our secluded area, 24 hour maintenance, etc…. i just need more ideas. we’ve got new signs and banners. but we really need a kick a** idea! thanks.

Question by The Don: Can I apply for a sales tax registration for a business I run out of my apartment, or is that illegal? Is it even legal to run a business out of my apartment? I know that a tax certificate says “This Certificate Must Be Prominently Displayed At Your Place of Business” What if my business is run from home? Is it legal to list my apartment as my business address? Please, any answers would be appreciated.
