When I go to the Market to install apps, many of them say “This application has access to the following:” ! Storage- Modify or delete SD card contents ! Network communication- Full internet access ! Phone calls- Read phone state ! System tools- Change network connectivity, read system log files

What do these mean?? Are other people able to see my personal information?? This particular app was Dr. Web Anti-virus.
