Answer by colanthDomain names and hosting are two totally separate issues. There are free hosting sites, and you can get a free domain name at http://www.dot.tk/ Then you just point your domain name at your site.

Answer by STEVEN FPartially. You are ONLY exempt from paying taxes on items purchased for resale. AKA, items YOU will collect sales tax on. You are still required to pay sales tax when you purchase items you will USE, either in your business or for personal use.
