Question by xx12xx: How do I get a casting agency’s focus? I have been working in the boston market place for a few of decades now and have booked a whole lot of regional jobs, but i am hoping to change to the NEW YORK City market and it has been so long considering that i have had to join an agency, i don’t actually know how! I am even now signed in Boston but how do i apply to an nyc agency?

I was offered a job at a local direct marketing agency and like every direct marketing agency that advertises on career sights they say the represent fortune 500 companies through direct marketing techniques selling things to businesses, there are sooo many of these little companies around… are they legitimate businesses?
