When I look straight ahead over the top of the monitor, I see:
A beige wall needing a new paint job
A basic round wall clock
A digital thermometer/hygrometer (humidity)
A certificate saying that I am a Citizen of Margaritaville with the genuine reproduced signature of Mayor Jimmy Buffett
And you? Anything interesting directly in front of you?

I see pictures of my family, beyond that is a half acre of mesquite trees followed by my parents old house where my nephew now lives and an open pasture behind there is my other half acre where my horses stay.

When I look over my monitor I see the window over my desk that is lined with white lace curtains. . Outside I see a bird bench that I fill each day with seed, and cracked corn for the birds. Beside it is a bird bath.. To it’s left is a big fieldstone container filled with purple flowers. I see maple trees that line my stone wall. In back of that is the dirt road and big hemlock trees on the other side of the road.

A wall with 2 cork board on it. Those peg boards hold our insurance certificate, list of cell phones and numbers, list of trucks, nearest hospitals, copies of backflow certifications for both of our technicians.
The other holds every city business permit we are allowed to work in. And various certifications for the boss.

I have one of those tall computer desks, so I just really see the back of the desk. There is a shelf a few inches above the monitor though. It has a geode, some Native American arrowheads and a blue, glass paperweight shaped like a whale on it.
