Hi,

I am right now in my Home Country. I am applying for a job abroad. And as a requirement of work visa, I have to get the PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) from my home country.

In last one year, for six months I was not in my home country, since I was working abroad (the SAME country where now I am applying for job again now)

While obtaining Police Clearance Certificate – the police authority is giving me the clearance certificate EXCLUDING the six months that was abroad.

Will this PCC (which excludes period of six month that I was not in my home country) will work to obtain the visa?

added detail : I am now trying for the job in the same country where I stayed before for 6 months.

If its the US .. and probably the others… will want a report from the country you was in for those 6 months… They may think your was in Jail
