I belong to this site for around 3 months and have its toolbar downloaded. Now for some reason this is poping up and I can’t use the toolbar and getting to the homesite is a pain.

First make sure you have not caught a virus or such, run a virus checker across your whole system. a good free on can be downloaded from www.grisoft,com
Then download and Run ADAware and SPYbot, these remove other problems you might have inherited.
Go to your Internet explorer settings and make sure they are set at medium security, and customize if necessary to accept cookies from this site or all sites.
Then reboot
Then try go back to your site and download whatever it is

I dont think it’s a virus, basically its your settings needs amending.
All big websites have certificates so you can trust their worth.
This site you refer to obviously now dont have this cert, your settings also refuses permission to the site.
Go to Tools, internet options, security, and make sure thay are set at medium security or below, and customize if necessary to accept cookies from this or all sites
