What do you mean by “secure certificate authority”?

Is it a mark on your report? 9 times out of 10, you can dispute just about anything on your report. all you have to do is go to their website and download a dispute form, then send it where it tells you to.. they have to take action on it by law…..

without knowledge of exactly what the secure certificate thing is, i can’t really give you much more of an explanation.. sorry
