Question by leopard: sales and Marketing??Help!!!?
SO… i am assigned a presentation for the “sales and marketing” course this Thursday which is talking about (ETHICS AND CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP)..i have one last point which i did not resolve..that is “what are the differences and similarities between ethics in B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to consumer) situations…i kinda brainstormed with ma colleagues but i would appreciate if you could give me some help.

B2B: You offer your product or service at a discount knowing they have to mark it up for a profit. You remain invisible to the end client and the end client is not your customer. If the end client approaches you directly, you refer them to your client.

B2C: You charge as much as the customer will pay, there is no restriction on who you sell to.
