Question by f8isvir2: Marketing business in restaurant industry?
I currently graduated with my MBA in marketing, so I learned a lot about and am very interested in the restaurant industry. I dont want to work for a restaurant, like say as a manager, but I do want to work in the marketing business of the restaurant industry. I like to follow trends, costs of operations, store locations and openings, etc. What kind of jobs deal with the business aspect of the restaurant industry, like either as a consultant or a researcher. I am very interested in the organic, natural and healthy domain of restaurant concepts. Perhaps a job in finding ways to increase the health and nutrition of the restaurant industry. Thoughts, comments, and any advice are very much appreciated.

Do customer satisfaction survey about customer’s favorite about restaurant and food.
And do a research about nutrition from that food. And do R&D to improve menu with higher benefit and deliciousness.
