Why do people on the internet call girls ugly when they are not?

Some people are just mean-spirited and the anonymity the internet provides allows these kinds of people to exercise their assholery in a forum that allows them to be jerks without the repercussions of facing any consequences.

It’s a modern version of writing insults in a closed bathroom cubicle.
It’s stupid, boring and immature and should be given no credence whatsoever.

What people like this want is a response.
They’re looking for a reaction.
Pay these insults no heed and the trolls who issue the insults will get bored and go elsewhere.

These people are cruel because they have no respect for others and find it amusing and entertaining to insult others to draw attention away from their own low self esteem.

If someone feels really great about themselves and their own life, then the tendency is to reflect that respect and compassion onto the rest of the world.

On that note though, I’ve noticed some woemn and girls on this site placing photos up of themselves to be ‘rated’…asking such questions as ,”Do you think I’m pretty? Sould I be a super model? People say I’m sexy. Do you agree??”–so…at the same time, to put a picture of ones self up there on the internet –specifically to be **evaluated**, is really setting ones self up for pot shots because if you ask,,,surely, you shall get a reaction. It seems a tad self indulgent (and moreso–naive) to place ones pic up for all the world to critique. If one is going to do that–then best to be prepared for multiple opinions in the full spectrum of positive to negative. The people casting their opinions will also, more thn likely, be evaluating the very ACT of putting a pic up like that and might see this act as a desperate plea to solicit attention and gain compliments to bolster the poster’s self esteem–feed into some unwarrented vanity…so–think twice before asking people to evaluate you–especially on something so superficial as your appearance or your power of attraction.
