like for example: directtv+att+comcast ect….. I am paying $ 130 a month right now for the comcast triple play (internet,cable and phone) I want to cut this down any suggestions on how I can set up a package that will save me $ .

I recently switched to Vonage which has saved me a ton on my phone bills. Verizon has a package deal that includes DSL, Direct TV, and phone service but I found it cheaper to dump them as my phone carrier because of the extra fees each month. With Vonage there is no need for a long distance carrier since you can call all over the US, Canada and even parts of Europe for only $ 24.99 a month. They don’t have a bunch of fees added each month like other carriers. My bill is a constant $ 27 a month.

I had the Comcast triple play, too, until recently. We dropped the phone service not because we were unhappy with it but because we didn’t use it. We use our cell phones as a primary contact line.
If I were to want just a direct line at the house again, I’d look at Vonage. However, Vonage charges extra for a fax line so if you need that, you might want to see if your Comcast triple play offers a fax line with the bundle or if it’s separate. Compare and save.
