Question by Paolo C: yahoo personal domain to small business email migration issues?
I’ve just been “migrated” from yahoo personal domain/email to the small business email product. Have few issues:
- from the yahoo mail page I can only access one of the two personal email addresses I had before (the forwarding to the yahoo inbox works for both though)
- I cant access the email control panel, just the yahoo heading are shown but the page is blank
- the web forward of the domain is erratic, sometimes it forwards to my geocities page, sometimes to a generic yahoo page, regardless of the web address I specify for the forward in the domain control panel

Any suggestion how to fix this?
I called several hours ago the help line, the guy at the phone could not fix it and escalated the issues, but nothing happened yet.

I spoke with them on 9/22/08 and they told me that there was a migration that had recently occurred and that they had several reports of alias emails bouncing back.

I too see a blank page in the email control panel. And of my 5 aliases, only my primary one will not forward.

To answer your question, I don’t think there is anything we can do. They have to be feeling the heat as more of us call and complain. Hopefully they will fix it soon. My listserves, bills and regular contacts are all under the impression that my email is no longer valid…. they get delivery error message 554 indicating that I don’t have an account.

Let me ask you- As a part of this “migration” from personal domain/mail plus to “small business”, which I never asked for, am I going to start being billed $ 9.95 a month now (instead of $ 35 a year)? :-O
