I have 2 e-mail accounts through Yahoo and someone hacked into my account and IM’d me on my second Yahoo Account , from the hacked account.How do i contact Yahoo to report this ?? I already changed my password…. What else can I do ? I really dont wanna delete the e-mail address !!

The most important thing to do, you already did, is change your password. But also change your security question and alternate email and any other things that the person may use to get in to your account again.

Inform yahoo
It is a serious offence to hack into someones email account and the email address remains property of the provider, in this case yahoo.
And unless im mistaken yahoo have very good lawers!! lol
