My brother is joining the army so he has an email account under hisname@us.army.mil

He has no idea how e-mail accounts even work, while I know how hotmail/yahoo works, and all, but wtf?
Where do you go to sign into the Army e-mail account?

From there he needs to put his username and password. If he forgot it he needs to answer the questions he set up.
