How to write an email to an old friend?

Question by Starlight: How to write an email to an old friend?
I was planning to write an email to an old friend telling them I missed them and wishing their brother well (who has been sick lately, and I’m worried about how my friend is taking it in & all…) but I’m not sure to go about that. I don’t want to seem weird or clingy by sending him an email (he hates clingy) but I really want to keep in touch with him. I haven’t really seen him in a while, and he meant a lot to me in the past….so any suggestions?

If he meant something to you then it is worth it. If you have not seen or talked to him in a while then it would not be clingy at all, just an old friend whom is worried, it shows that you are a good person and really care about them, and if this is a hard time for him right now someone showing some compassion would be a good thing and coming from and old friend it might mean more and spark that friendship right back up. I wish I could do the same with mine. Good Luck
