I get a couple spam email’s a day, and some days it seems like i’m getting more than the day before. I hate it.

Spammers can get you e-mail address in a number of ways.
1) They can buy it from legitimate mailing lists for which you’ve signed up.
2) They can skim it from Web sites where you might have published it, e.g., in a Facebook message to someone or in a blog comment.
3) They can guess it, especially if it consists of your name and/or a series of numbers.

Viruses and other malware can harvest people’s address books. A lot of phishing spam is used to accomplish this.

from sending emails to different company’s phishing etc i never open anything i don’t know and i downloaded norton 360 and run it several times a week watch out for cookie virus
