There are many web hosting providers and you might become confused to choose which one. I personally LOVE HostGator!. They aren’t free ( I dont think you are going to find what you want for free) but they sure are reliable.
I would recommend going through a site like http://hostgumbo.com just to pick up the freebies and giveaways they offer… but pick hostgator when you do. You wont regret it. They are an experienced company and I’ve never had any downtime with my sites.

You can try http://www.evohosting.co.uk–I‘ve been with them for years, and they’ve always been great. Really good tech support, great prices, and I’ve never had any issues with downtime.
They offer free domains with all of their hosting packages, and they’re running an offer right now where you’ll get free hosting if you switch to them from another web host. They’ll also give several months of free hosting if you sign up with them for a longer period of time.
I think it would be really hard to get decent web hosting without paying anything at all, so Evo might be a good option–they have low prices, and they give at least several months of free hosting.

I don’t know about “good looking domain name” means. But for free hosting, I would like to tell you about free web hosting service I use now.
