Q&A: Is it possible to get a web developer for mutual website development business?

Question by Augustus: Is it possible to get a web developer for mutual website development business?
I have web space and three targeted registered domain names, I do not have the funds to pay for a web developer/designer, I am ready to partnership with a good developer on a percentage bases of what ever the website makes in term of revenue.

There are three sites, and each one will be national certified community website for registered, Targeted and qualified professionals, each applicant will pay a subscription fee, this and the adverts will be source of revenues. and track can be kept of every dime made.

Is it possible to find such a partner? any suggestions where I can search or any interested persons?
Kindly advise. Thank you.
