Well that really depends. What do you want to do with it? First you will have to point your domain name at your server, but how you do that depends on who you bought the domain name from.
Can you give me any more information?

If you already have web hosting, just point your domain to the name server of your web hosting provider. For example, ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com
Your web hosting provider should be guiding you with this. After it’s all set, you can start building your website.

If the hosting is set up for you you can upload files now via ftp. If your site is http://example.com you can access its file system by going to ftp://example.com, which will ask for a login that you have established when you signed up for the hosting.
