i keep getting this notice whenever i try to sign up

Your email service provider (e.g. yahoo.com, msn.com, gmail.com and others) has been used by spam bots to bulk register and spam this message board. Unfortunately the only option we have to control this is to ban all registrations for those providers. We do not list the provders that are banned (it makes it easier for bots to figure out which ones to use) – so please try entering another email address. Thanks!

what email can i use if i cant use them?

Most ISPs give you an email address when you first registered use that. Or maybe the one from school or college
