Are you talking about a domain name reseller or a whole server service reseller?
I found that tera-byte.com had very reasonable prices for buying domain names.

Are you looking for a hosting company…someone to host a site and register domain names for you. Or are you looking strictly for someone you can purchase mass amounts of domain names from? If you are looking for the hosting company I have 15 sites with http://www.stormwire.com and they have been great. they have very responsive tech support as well (ticket based-not call in). You can get hosting at 4.99 per month and Domain name registration / purchase for like $ 20 for the whole year…or you can get 5 years for like $ 70.

The biggest players in this field are eNom and ResellerClub,now you probably ask which one is better,i personally prefer Reseller-Club because the domains are cheaper and they offer free identity protection (which i believe eNom doesn’t)
You can get a free account with a WHMCS license.
Also consider namecheap (not a reseller) but it offers free SSL certificate with registered domain
