Question by Linda Leigh L: How do you open a doc that has an “invalid ssl certificate” error? We have a mac and my husband is a uofp student and is trying to open an ebook. The message we get is “An error occurred during the submit process. The server has an invalid ssl certificate”. How do we get passed this so we can view the document? My husband is about ready to throw our macbook out the window and is saying that we should just go back to a PC. I don’t want to so please help. Thanks!
