It seems someone has bought it to make profit out of it and I am hoping he’ll let go of it when it expires in April 07. So when it does expire, how long do I have to wait until I can buy it?

Ok, so i bought a domain name, and i have set up hosting services, now how do I get my content to be available to be viewed.
