i have a good idea what to put on it but dont no any sites to make a free website

You can use www.freewebs.com

The only catch is that you have to use their domain name unless you pay for it. For example, www.freewebs.comnameofyoursite

Also, you will have a banner on top of your site telling you to upgrade to freewebs premium account which is not free.

You can try Google’s Blogger platform, you can also try WordPress, and you may also use the free website hosting that normally comes with your internet access package.
